About the Role: Kayla Barnes-Lentz, a leading voice in the fields of longevity, health optimization, and biohacking, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant. This role is pivotal in supporting Kayla’s day-to-day activities, managing her podcast scheduling and guest communications, and assisting in content creation and brand management. The ideal candidate has a passion for health and wellness, is skilled in digital organization, and is ready to streamline operations to help maximize impact in the growing longevity industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Scheduling Management:
- Manage and coordinate Kayla’s calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of podcasts, interviews, and events.
- Handle communication and logistics for podcast guests, from initial outreach to scheduling and follow-up.
- Prioritize and manage overlapping deadlines, reschedule as needed, and ensure all appointments are well-prepared for.
Content & Social Media Support:
- Assist with content planning, management, and scheduling across social media platforms like Instagram, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and target audience.
- Coordinate content creation for podcast and social media platforms, including graphics, posts, and captions.
Research & Project Management:
- Conduct research on relevant health and longevity topics for podcast episodes, guest backgrounds, and trending topics.
- Assist with organizing and tracking ongoing projects, tasks, and content calendars using project management tools.
Event Coordination & Logistics:
- Provide support in organizing events, webinars, and virtual meet-ups, managing logistics to ensure a smooth experience.
- Coordinate with brands, partners, and venues as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Manage correspondence and handle email inquiries on behalf of Kayla professionally and promptly.
- Prepare documents, take meeting notes, and organize materials for podcasts, interviews, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, ideally within health, wellness, or media industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms (Asana, Trello), and social media scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with podcasting, content creation, or event coordination is a plus.
- Passion for health, wellness, and longevity; knowledge of the industry and its key trends is highly preferred.
