A Senior Human Resources Generalist job in a southern Milwaukee, WI area suburb is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of human resources experience with experience in recruitment, benefit administration, and payroll processing. In this position, you will act as a point of contact for employees for inquiries and conflicts, provide training, and administer new policies and programs. This position will also complete payroll processing and time keeping, administer company benefits, recruit and hire qualified candidates, and maintain employee files.
Senior Human Resources Generalist job responsibilities include:
• Act as a HR resource for employees and management
• Oversee leave management including FMLA
• Administer HR policies and programs.
• Payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Assist with benefit administration.
• Responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding new employees.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Maintain employee files and data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associates degree in Human Resources required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment
• Proficient experience with benefit administration and compensation.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment law.
