The Center for Educational Technology (CET) is a non-profit organization committed to advancing education in Israel and globally, with a particular focus on Hebrew as a second language. For years, CET has been a leader in Jewish education, integrating technology and creating innovative digital tools and learning environments to make education accessible, engaging, and effective.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office and Sales Manager to support CET’s Hebrew programs across North America. This hybrid role involves overseeing sales, marketing, and customer support operations from our Boston office (one day per week) and remotely for the remaining days. The Office and Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding our outreach and fostering strong connections within the Jewish and Hebrew language education communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and partners
  • Manage and monitor office budgets
  • Lead sales efforts, including outreach and follow-ups with potential clients
  • Conduct presentations to introduce and promote CET programs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive program growth
  • Represent CET at conferences, educational events, and networking forums
  • Coordinate with suppliers to support office operations
  • Collaborate with the mentor’s team on program initiatives
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to strategic planning

Qualifications:

  • Hebrew - Native speaker - Must
  • Experience in office management, sales, or customer support (preferred within an educational or non-profit organization)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with the Jewish education landscape is a plus
