Role Description

Madcraft is seeking a talented Senior Email Marketing Specialist with a passion for digital marketing and a performance-driven mindset to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work with exciting clients, develop winning strategies, and lead the email marketing channel.


The Senior Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email marketing strategies and campaigns for clients, identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships. Ideally, the individual should have a strong B2B and B2C eCommerce background, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of email marketing campaigns, including planning, designing, scheduling, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their email marketing needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are on-time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Analyze email campaign data and provide recommendations to clients on how to optimize their email programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies and tools to clients.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior email marketing executives to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, performance, and account management, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Develop and maintain a robust quality control process for email campaigns to ensure high deliverability and low bounce rates.


What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
  • Experience in developing email marketing campaigns in multiple ESPs but an expert in Klaviyo
  • Great people skills – you’re someone who brings a lot of energy and passion to the table and can get people excited about the latest opportunities in digital
  • Strong analytical skills & strategy-minded – when it comes to client strategy, you can read the data and make smart, informed decisions on how to manage time and budgets
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Marketing Analytics and Communication skills
  • Lead Generation and Marketing Automation expertise
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
