Leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of procedures and systems in medical records.
Connects nursing information data through computerized information systems to increase efficiency and effective management of clinical data.
Leads team to review and evaluate the monitoring systems and documentation completion in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Works closely with Applications Analysts, departments, and technical teams to create and maintain appropriate application and workflow documentation Additional tasks/responsibilities as defined.
Serves as the internal clinical resource for the trend transformation team.
Serves as the clinical authority in support of trend governance decisions makers.
Collaborates with internal and external clinical subject matter experts as needed to support efforts.
Develops clinical leading indicators to support the measurement and testing of clinical trend initiatives.
Directs the development of policies and procedures and provides guidance on EMR.
Other duties as assigned.
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 5-8 years
Current, valid RN license preferred
Six months of training, orientation and fun
