Premier PV is a fast-growing leading eBOS manufacturing company. Our Receptionist is responsible for providing a white-glove experience to all guests and associates, whether on the phone or in person. Our Receptionist needs to make everyone feel welcome, and well looked after. A proactive mindset, customer service demeanor and eye for detail, and willingness to support other departments will ensure your success with us.
Job Description
Company Overview:
Premier PV (PPV) is focused on providing complete eBOS solutions to the renewable energy sector with a strong focus on utility scale, solar projects and other renewable energy technologies.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Greet visitors and maintain visitor logs.
- Maintain security by following procedures and issuing badges and visitor packages.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Book and approve meeting rooms and requests.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Track and manage new hire equipment.
- Check and distribute mail; Create and ship USPS, UPS/FedEx shipments including FedEx freight
- Maintain conference room calendars
- Order food/catering when needed and support setup/cleanup
- Maintain kitchen and office supplies; order and stock items; maintain front/reception area tidiness
- All other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience.
- High School diploma or specialized training and/ or certification.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
- Works under moderate supervision.
