Law Firm Receptionist

Our client, a leading Regional Law Firm located downtown Denver is currently seeking a receptionist with 3 plus years of Professional Services Administrative assistance experience. A professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude are required. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients and light administrative work. Strong PC skills are a plus. Professional services experience from within a customer service, retail or professional services environment is preferred, combined with the ability to be in the office Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week. Our client offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k + match, profit sharing, and vacation/sick/personal time off, in addition this role pays overtime for hours worked above 40 per week. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Legal industry
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in answering multi-line phone system
• Solid customer service skills and experience
• Data entry skills with high accuracy
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff
• Experience in organizing files and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Familiarity with standard receptionist duties
• Ability to manage multiple calendars efficiently
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under stressful situations.
