Technical Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Operations Supervisor to lead and manage the daily activities of our operational unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining workflow, staffing, and scheduling to achieve targeted operating results. This role will ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, resolve routine operational issues, and manage a team of para-professional staff.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage processes and employees within a specified department.
  • Oversee daily activities of team members and lead to maintain performance standards.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication, processes, and training.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement training plans.
  • Oversee all onboarding and offboarding for employees and new employees
  • Promote process unity and conformity across the company and other teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience managing technical personnel.
  • Experience in process or operations management preferred.
  • Prior experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
