The Opportunity: 

We are expanding our team in major US regions, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston. As a Sales Consultant, you will cater to high-powered executives, diplomats, and celebrities, providing them with exceptional service and bespoke tailoring.


What You Will Do: 

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.

- Sales Mastery: Utilize your deep understanding of luxury fashion and tailoring to drive sales, offering expert advice and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Regional travel - Drive to clients' homes or offices to present suit samples, fabric swatches, and accessories for creating custom tailored clothing.

- Prospecting: Actively seek and meet new clients through social media, networking events, cold calling, and hosting trunk shows.

- Client Meetings: Manage the entire sales process, from measurements to selecting fabric, buttons, lining, and all other accessories needed to complete the desired look.

- After Sales Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with style advice, alterations, and repeat orders.

- Networking: Grow your client base through strategic connections and existing relationships.

- Event Engagement: Represent Senszio at prestigious events and trunk shows, showcasing our collections and expanding our clientele.


Who You Are: 

- Minimum 2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, including outbound and inbound sales, preferably in the retail apparel and fashion industry.

- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Management preferred but not required for qualified candidates.

- Flexible to travel within the region on an ad-hoc basis.

- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to build a client base.

- Naturally organized, process-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking.

- Knowledge of and passion for fashion preferred.
