Executive Leadership Support Consultant

Evans is hiring an Executive Leadership Support resource to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. You will perform program support and administrative functions that assist in ensuring the effective operations of the client organization’s executive leadership and front office. We are seeking someone who demonstrates proven success in supporting a dual function of high-level executive support and program management.
Location Details: This role is hybrid with up to 2 days on-site/week in Washington D.C.
Responsibilities- Execute various administrative tasks including but not limited to drafting correspondence, document management, and general office support.
- Provide general meeting and program support that includes scheduling, coordinating agendas, managing calendars, meeting minutes, and capturing actionable items.
- Develop briefings and materials for meetings with internal and external stakeholder offices.
- Provide operational, logistical, and administrative planning support.
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests and inquiries for the executive team.
- Develop correspondence and responses to inquiries on behalf of the executive team.
- Review and edit documents requiring executive team approval.
- Prepare reports on the status of action items and organizational activities.
- Support special projects as assigned.
- Remain proactive in corresponding to program tasks and initiatives while ensuring the implementation of program activities.
- A Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 10 years of experience is required. A Master’s Degree may substitute for 3 years of additional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and an ability to set and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with little supervision and to support management, including executive levels.
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to manage critical and sensitive relationships with key stakeholders and executive level staff.
- Professional hands-on program management experience is preferred.
- Prior FAA experience is preferred but not required.

CompensationSalary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Evans’s total compensation package for employees.
