Vaco is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant that doubles as an Account Manager for a great company here in Memphis. This candidate will be the main point for client contact and assists with factoring day-to-day requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients answering incoming calls and emails from clients and customers
  • Develop a keen understanding of the company's processes, procedures, and policies to properly access clients' needs, requests, and issues
  • Provide a high level of service to communicate effectively with internal departments and management to ensure clear expectations regarding company processes and procedures
  • Conduct new client training to ensure proper training on the client portal and company products, services, and policies
  • Provide timely feedback to upper management regarding service failures and customer concerns
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned and directed
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
EXPERIENCE
  • Two or more years of experience in client management, factoring services, account management, or related field is preferred
  • Basic business software skills required, preferably with IBM Notes and Microsoft Office tools
  • Must be highly skilled at problem solving and dispute resolution
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and possess excellent time-management skills with ability to multitask on numerous projects in a fast-paced environment
