Kraft Heinz Away From Home (AFH) is a rapidly growing and focused business within Kraft Heinz, known for bringing our iconic global food brands to life in the foodservice channel. The Director, Brand Partnerships for AFH is responsible for shaping and executing our customer-centric marketing strategies through high-impact experiences with consumers and delivering value. Responsible for leading a team of 10+, this role is at the center of executing our strategy in partnership with Sales and our Culinary team. This role also interacts with customer and industry partners, developing direct relationships to effectively drive the marketing agenda and support the overall channel/customer strategy.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  1. Leadership: Mentor, guide and lead a team of 10+, fostering their growth and development for long-term success at Kraft Heinz.

  2. Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPI's) and regularly report on the effectiveness of investments and customer marketing initiatives.

  3. Content Development: Oversee the creation and elevate customer-facing content, including presentations and channel/customer specific brand value propositions and case studies.

  4. Executive Presence: Interact with executives at companies of all sizes, including some of the biggest QSR's, FSR's and multi-national organizations in the world.

  5. Industry Acumen: Leverage consumer insights, financial analysis and industry knowledgebase to deliver end to end value.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

  1. Prior experience of significant responsibility in AFH (foodservice) marketing, brand management or strategic sales roles.

  2. Track record for developing and growing a team of significant size.

  3. Experience developing external relationships with senior executives and a proven ability to influence decision making to drive initiatives forward.

  4. P&L competency or ability to analyze business cases through financial acumen.

  5. Self-starter mentality with a positive attitude to make a difference each day.

  6. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in business, customer, and consumer needs.

  7. Pro-active problem solver, with the ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution.

  8. Able to work as part of a matrix, with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally towards a common goal.

  9. An impeccable ability for balancing creativity with business needs, inspired by the 'now and next' and keeping the consumer at the center of the work.

Work Environment & Schedule

Work in-office is hybrid with 3 days per week in AON office and 30-40% travel to customers, conferences, etc. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

Physical demands include but are not limited to:

  1. Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed (projected 35-40%).

  2. Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule.
