Product Development Coordinator
Extendable Contract position
Hybrid role: in the office minimum 2 days a week; up to 4 days a week during peak weeks

Overview: Manage the sampling process end-to-end, from prepositioning sample yardage to delivering accurate and timely product samples for key milestone meetings. Track and report sample yardage and garment sample readiness. Work with cross-functional partners in Design, Product Development, and Raw Materials to solve problems and improve ready dates. Maintain constant follow-up and communication with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Order and manage/tracking sample yardage
  • Track garment samples
  • Communicate significantly with raw material suppliers, garment vendors, and internal teams
  • Work in Excel for reporting

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented, organized
  • Centric PLM experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude, outgoing
  • Prior product development and/or fabric knowledge
  • No prior experience in similar or related roles, no Excel experience, and poor communication are disqualifiers
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience and/or internship
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in high-stress environments
  • Team player

  • 40 work hours per week
