Hybrid work schedule: 2-3 days in office.

Overview: The Product Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the development of prototype products and monitoring the overall development process for the product line. This role involves acting as the point person on development details with vendor partners and ensuring timely communication through updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of prototype products.
  • Monitor the overall development process for the product line.
  • Act as the point person on development details with vendor partners.
  • Create and update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.
  • Coordinate workflow of weekly updates to ensure timely communication with vendors, production, technical, and merchandising.
  • Track development to ensure execution is within timeframes.
  • Communicate design development details.
  • Update Bill of Materials.
  • Work on product development projects.
  • Maintain costing charts and tools for merchants/planning reference.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent experience.
  • 1-5 years of product design/development experience.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.
  • Experience with Centric PLM preferred.
  • Great communicator with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to adapt to quick changes in priorities and deliverables.
  • Hybrid work schedule: 2-3 days in office.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
