Purpose of Job


Sesh Products US, Inc. is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand through impactful visual design and cohesive brand storytelling. In this hybrid role, you will report directly to the CMO and you will lead concept development, oversee visual design, and manage junior designers to ensure consistency, compliance, and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral. This position is ideal for someone passionate about brand-driven design who can transform strategic objectives into engaging visuals and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design Leadership: Lead and inspire the design team by managing and mentoring junior designers, providing feedback, and ensuring high-quality visual outputs.
  • Brand Adherence & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and ensure all materials meet compliance standards for the regulated nicotine industry.
  • Marketing Collateral Development: Design and oversee the production of marketing materials, including digital assets, print materials, packaging, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual concepts that align with brand objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Visual Design: Execute compelling and cohesive visual designs that enhance brand identity and communicate brand messaging effectively across various platforms.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines, are consistent across channels, and meet compliance standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and compliance teams to deliver impactful visuals that support strategic goals.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Experience in the CPG or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design software and tools.
  • Branding Knowledge: Strong understanding of brand adherence and the ability to work within established brand guidelines.
  • Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring junior designers, with a collaborative approach and commitment to team development.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to generate fresh, visually engaging concepts that align with brand messaging and strategic goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring design quality, compliance, and consistency across all marketing collateral.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Location Requirement: Must be based in Austin, Texas, and able to work both in-office and from home.
