Sesh Products US, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to drive growth and performance within the US convenience store sector. This strategic leader will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, foster relationships with key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue, market share, and profitability goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's growth trajectory in the fast-paced, competitive nicotine product market.

- Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead the creation and execution of a sales strategy that aligns with company goals, with a specific focus on the Convenience sector.
- Revenue Growth Planning: Develop short- and long-term plans to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand relationships with existing and new customers, and increase sales across the convenience store network.
- Sales Team Development: Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance, continuous learning, and achievement of sales targets.
- Account Relationship Management: Oversee and manage relationships with major convenience store chains, distributors, and other key accounts.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements that enhance profitability for both Sesh and our customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align strategies and meet account needs.
- Field Execution Management: Implement and manage field execution with internal and external partners to drive effective in-store presence and compliance.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on convenience stores or FMCG sectors.
- Leadership: At least 5 years in a leadership role, with direct responsibility for managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in the convenience store industry.
- Analytical Skills: High-level analytical ability to interpret data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
