Prairie Gate is seeking a Full Time  and Part time Trained Medication Assistant ( CMA / TMA ) to join our team.

Hours may include working:

6a-2:30p or 2p-10:30p

Prairie Gate senior living community in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is one of Presbyterian Homes & Services newest communities. At the heart of the community, the two-story 21,000 square foot Town Center offers an array of amenities and services, including community gathering spaces, restaurant-style dining, a bistro, salon, library, club room, business office, guest suite, chapel and wellness center with aerobics studio.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the provision of high quality care and services to Care Center residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. 
  • Administers medications and treatments under the direct supervision of a nurse
  • Performs Resident Assistant responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Medication Administration certification required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
