Overview:

Join a leading innovator in the drone and aerial imaging technology space, shaping the future of videography, photography, and filmmaking. Our client is dedicated to making aerial photography equipment more accessible to creators worldwide, with operations in over 100 countries across industries like filmmaking, construction, emergency response, and conservation.

In this role, you'll play a key part in acquiring and managing influencer partnerships, focusing on content creators in filmmaking, TV, and videography to amplify the brand's reach and impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies tailored to filmmakers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with filmmakers and influencers. Oversee contract negotiations, maintain positive relationships, and track performance metrics.
  • Industry Integration: Proactively seek integration opportunities in the filmmaking, TV, and commercial sectors to elevate product visibility.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate influencer contributions for product launches and content creation projects, gathering feedback on new products through beta testing.
  • Content Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the sourcing, creation, and distribution of high-quality video and photo content.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to distribute and amplify influencer-created content.
  • Industry Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors in North America.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of online channels. Familiarity with videography, filmmaking, and photography industries is crucial.
  • Relationship Building: Proven success in managing and cultivating partnerships with influencers and filmmakers.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Must be self-driven with a high level of business acumen.
  • Attributes: Strong resilience and a passion for the creative industry.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Influencer Sponsorships: Experience managing 75+ influencer partnerships and coordinating cross-team projects.
  • Industry Connections: Established relationships with filmmakers, videographers, and influencers.
  • Passion for Videography: A deep interest in the photography and filmmaking industries, including camera and drone technology.
  • Social Media Knowledge: In-depth understanding of North American social media and content creation landscapes.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with video post-production is a plus.
