PMax/Google Ads Product Marketing Manager

Job Description:
- We're looking for a proactive, collaborative activation lead to join our Global Product Go-To-Market team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the global strategy to drive accelerated adoption of our AI-powered performance and mid-funnel advertising products, and in implementing strategies to address blockers of adoption (i.e. brand suitability). Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, stakeholders, you'll bring commercialization strategies to life, ensuring successful market activation, strong operational rigor and insights-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Implement go-to-market strategies to maximize the adoption and success of our AI-powered performance & mid-funnel solutions among clients and agencies.
- Collaborate with advertiser and agency sales teams, providing them with product knowledge and resources to empower them to effectively position and sell our AI-powered solutions.
- Partner with regional GTM teams to align on strategies and share best practices.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis, identifying trends, challenges, and success stories.
- Work with Product Solutions teams to champion the needs of GCAS, ensuring their inclusion in product roadmaps.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or advertising technology.
- Knowledge AI-powered performance or mid-funnel advertising products (i.e. Broad Match, PMax, DemandGen).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong collaborator with success building relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to analyze performance trends to deliver actionable insights.
- Strong operational rigor with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive/track progress.
Skills:
- Experience working in a global context.
- Familiarity with brand suitability.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
