Qualifications and Desired Characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR systems, HR concepts, and terminology.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Experience with Enwisen Case Management and Knowledgebase, as well as ServiceNow, is preferred but not required.



Job Summary:

As an HRIS Solutions Analyst, you will support several HR systems, including HR Case Management, Knowledgebase, and Portal, as well as the Sense texting solution. You will be responsible for managing content, performing system testing, and generating reports to ensure the smooth operation of HRIS processes. This role requires a strong analytical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.



General Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the AVP of HRIS and the Senior HRIS Solutions Analyst, the HRIS Solutions Analyst Contractor will be responsible for:

  • Providing second-tier HRIS support to end users and customers of HR systems, resolving cases/issues and collaborating with business areas, vendors, and IT for resolution.
  • Troubleshooting reported functional system issues.
  • Maintaining an accurate log of all reported support issues.
  • Accurately and timely building out enterprise-wide portal content (including policies, articles, work instructions, standard operating procedures, bulletins, etc.).
  • Building and maintaining group rules.
  • Assisting with the implementation and testing of bug fixes, enhancements, and service upgrades.
  • Performing daily/weekly tasks and weekly/ad-hoc reporting activities.
  • Identifying system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of HRIS process documentation.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
