Qualification:

  1. Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 10 years of experience in a specialized topic related to health and social services recovery.
  3. Proven expertise in program planning, assessment, and evaluation.
  4. Strong practical experience and theoretical knowledge in the relevant specialty.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  6. Ability to produce technical reports and targeted support based on discipline.

Duties:

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized topics supporting health and social services recovery.
  2. Apply practical experience and theoretical knowledge to develop solutions.
  3. Ensure project activities and objectives are accomplished.
  4. Provide targeted support and conduct program planning, assessment, and evaluation.
  5. Produce technical reports and documentation.
  6. Lead or assist in client and team meetings.
