General Summary

The Support Administrator will support the maintenance department in maintaining calibration schedules and recall reports. This individual will communicate and collaborate daily with internal departments, including Test Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality, to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Work in Omnex Doc Pro & Camstar to verify accuracy and integrity of, and update and validate calibrations records, checklists, and other controlled documents maintained in those databases for all internal and external sources.
  • Provides support for purchasing in Test Operations, Engineering, Failure Analysis, Quality, and Maintenance, including logistics and processing of RMAs.
  • Ensure all vendor communications are timely, concise, efficient, and effective to support vendor inquiries, orders, and receipts of inventory.
  • Manage inventory for applicable departments, including critical spare purchasing, RMAs and warranty returns, and material intake and dispatch.
  • Track, tag, label, and coordinate critical and spare parts inventory. Building material lists for each piece of equipment used in MES.
  • Supports unit-level onboarding of new employees, managing essential items required and training schedule.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Quality to add new vendors to Epicor and the Approved Vendor List.
  • Coordinate vendor site visit approvals and escort non-RE personnel when visiting, including those related to facilities services.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and prepare material ahead of internal and external audits.
  • Spare Parts Inventory Control Supports Camstar entry of BOM and Material Parts for Final Test Spares.
  • Maintain and update the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) asset database and revise entries as needed.
  • Contact external partners to define meter calibration ranges and ensure compliance with required specifications; proactively track recertification dates pursuant to ISO requirements.
  • Execute improvements identified during internal 6S Program reviews.
  • Participate in ESD Task Force, ensure overseen area conforms to requirements, determine and validate ESD events; perform spot checks as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of safety documentation, schedule safety training for applicable departments, and respond to requests from Facilities and EH&S.

Qualifications

  • A minimum high school diploma is required; some college or degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory control/management, database management, administrative support, office management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer skills required, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Semiconductor industry familiarity preferred.
  • Experience with 6S and/or Lean MFG preferred.
  • Demonstrable organizational skills are required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required.
  • Clear communications and a customer focus are needed.
