Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations within our facility, ensuring the optimal performance of all equipment and systems. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, implement effective maintenance strategies, and utilize your expertise in electrical systems, injection molding, and hydraulics to maintain and enhance our manufacturing processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Manage: Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Develop, implement, and manage a preventive and predictive maintenance program to ensure the reliability and efficiency of machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
  • Equipment Management: Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring that equipment is serviced regularly and operates at peak performance.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Manage maintenance inventory, including spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and support overall production goals.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role, with a strong focus on electrical systems, injection molding equipment, and hydraulic systems.
  • Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with the ability to effectively lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve complex maintenance issues efficiently.
