Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Laborer to join our team in Highland, NY. This position offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly wage.

Maintenance Laborer Responsibilities:
  • Perform painting and basic plumbing repairs.
  • Replace light bulbs and carry out appliance repairs.
  • Assist with landscaping and trash removal.
  • Complete various maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including restrictions on entering occupied apartments and avoiding roofs or ladders higher than 6 feet.
Maintenance Laborer Qualifications:
  • Must live within a 30 minute commute from Highland, NY. Candidates out side of this will not be considered.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks.
