Job DescriptionAs a Bilingual Warehouse Lead, you will play a critical role in leading daily operations while working hands-on in the warehouse. This position requires a strong communicator who can ensure staff is on task and meeting expectations while providing progress updates to the client. You’ll be the link between the on-site supervisors and the team, helping to oversee tasks, manage attendance, and contribute to production.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team in daily operations, ensuring all associates are present, on task, and working efficiently.
  • Work alongside team members on the line as needed.
  • Collaborate with on-site supervisors to ensure staffing and production expectations are met.
  • Provide regular updates to the client on attendance, production progress, and any issues within the warehouse.
  • Help maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
