Your Role as a Bilingual Real Estate Agent:

As a bilingual real estate agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Following up on leads in both Spanish and English
  • Conducting buyer and seller consultations in the client's preferred language
  • Hosting bilingual open houses to showcase our listings
  • Managing transactions seamlessly, bridging any language gaps
  • Leveraging your bilingual skills to expand our business in diverse markets
  • Providing expert local market knowledge to Spanish and English-speaking clients

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Valid Real Estate License (mandatory)
  • Sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and networking skills in both languages
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
