We work with many of the best-of-breed, leading-edge technologies (per the Gartner Magic Quadrant) designed and built by IBM specifically for the enterprise. SIA’s Client Engineering methodology is designed to mitigate our clients’ risks and lower overall project costs. Participate in our clients’ hyper-automation projects and SIA’s IP research & experimental development for the creation of assets (APIs & microservices) that extend the capabilities of IBM software to achieve technological advancements.
All of our people in the Solution Engineer/Architect role are engaged in:
- Leveraging data & generative Ai
- Building intelligent workflows
- Decreasing our clients’ technology spend with AiOps
- Co-creating sustainability & ecosystem integrations
- Participating in our clients’ hyper-automation projects
- Teaming with business analysts and designers in our client Reimagination Workshops
- Develop project briefs with end-to-end architectures and plans
- Leading in our project DEWs (Diverse Empowered Workgroups)
- Preparing to tackle multiple concurrent daily scrums
- Being a key part of our project DETs (Diverse Empowered Teams) for weekly project sprints
- Managing inter-group dependencies for the DEWs & DETs
- Promoting collaborative change management
We currently have 1 new open position to join our Solution Engineers/Architects squad within our M3C (Multi-Cloud Command Centre) division:
AiOps (sustainable IT operations & cost optimization)
Secure and resilient hybrid cloud IT operations
- Enable full-stack observability for applications & infrastructure (Instana), data (Databand) and networks (SevOne)
- Automate application resource management with Turbonomic
- Deliver predictive and prescriptive insights with Cloud Pak for Watson AiOps
- Ensure software license compliance and cost optimization with Flexera One
