Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Interact with customers, understand their preferences, and provide expert guidance on vehicle selection.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate prices and finalize deals to meet customer satisfaction and dealership goals.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, options, and benefits of vehicles in order to effectively communicate with customers.

Customer Service: Ensure that each customer receives prompt and courteous service throughout the sales process.

Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.


Requirements

Licensing: Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Customer Service: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or automotive industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive technology and features to assist customers in their vehicle selection.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and support the overall success of the sales team.
