The Shipping Team Lead is responsible for leading, training, and supervising all associates in the shipping department. Additional responsibilities may include packaging and preparing patient-specific prescription orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics and team members
  • Ensure quality control and compliance according to Strive Pharmacies Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare and package patient-specific cold, meltable, and room temperature orders for shipment
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely shipping updates - Update the team on low inventory levels of shipping supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assembly and shipping areas
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a GED or high school diploma
  • Clean criminal record with no felonies
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to effectively train and supervise team members
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all shipping processes
