Galt’s Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for overseeing their assigned business partners and the assigned placements in alignment with our mission and focus on advocacy for our Galt Associates. A Senior designation in this role will be based on meeting certain qualifications as outlined in this job description. In this role, you will create a seamless service experience as an employer of record (EOR) for Galt Associates and business partners from receiving to completing an assignment while ensuring the appropriate standard of accuracy to the staffing system records.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


 Staffing Team

    • Recruit and use the existing candidate pool to fill positions with qualified Galt Associates.
    • Collaborate with Business Partner's department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
    • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
    • Assist with job posting and advertising processes.
    • Record, manage and update Galt Associate files in the appropriate systems while ensuring consistency and accuracy in both Business Partner and candidate records.
    • Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
    • Complete the Galt interview process, attending and conducting interviews.
    • Schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of Galt Associate for placement or the Business Partner interview process.
    • Collaborate with the hiring manager and other human resource staff, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and further pertinent details.
    • Follow procedures and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
    • Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
    • Attend team meetings and departmental meetings prepared for solutions-driven ideas that focus on Galt’s Mission.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


  Business Partner Relationship Team

    • Collaborate with internal teams on potential opportunities to review and identify barriers or adjustments to increase the likelihood of successful placement.
    • Support the client relationship team to care for shared Business Partner accounts to ensure customer satisfaction aligned with Galt Mission and service standards.
    • Participate in the daily downloads to support effective team communication.

     

  Customer Relations

    • Act as a liaison and support to internal teams as the first point of contact for Galt Associates and their direct supervisors.
    • Escalate clients and Galt Associates to appropriate channels when initial conflict resolution is ineffective.
    • Work independently or with others to research and resolve Business Partner and Galt Associate issues. Identify necessary information to support any second-tier escalations issues.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


Required education and experience:

    • High School Diploma
    • 1-3 years of disability advocacy, customer service, or recruiting experience required.

Required technical qualifications

    • Intermediate MS365 computer skills
    • Basic benefits, human resources knowledge
    • Bullhorn software experience is an asset

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR SENIOR-LEVEL CONSULTANT

    • At least five years of cross-functional team recruitment or staff coordination
    • Experience in client relations management, including clients with a large volume or requiring particular expertise
    • A strong candidate placement track record
    • Advanced Applicant Tracking System operation skills

 

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:

Ability to manipulate objects, including computers and other routine office machines and supplies.

Operate a computer and perform work on a computer for extended periods of time. 


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Office environment.  Willingness to work remotely and in-office when required. This role uses standard office equipment.
