Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop innovative strategies to grow the future of the companys products while maintaining the quality and integrity of our hiring metrics and ensuring that the company is meeting its hiring goals.

What youll do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Collaborate proactively with hiring managers and business partners to support hiring needs, requirements, qualifications of open positions
• Mentor and provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding hiring and interviewing best practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, including candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
• Source potential candidates through online channels, such as social platforms and professional networks
• Develop a candidate talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing methods
• Review candidates contact information, job experience, skills, and education, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Comply interview questions and other tools used to assess each positions job requirements
• Coordinate and conduct phone screens, assessments and in-person or virtual interviews
• Prepare offer documents and coordinates all pre-employment testing requirements
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding experience via electronic surveys
• Collects, analyzes and reports data and trends to leadership team

What youll bring to the Talent Acquisition Specialist role:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 4+ years of proven recruitment, hiring and on-boarding experience
• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms
• Intermediate knowledge of ATS systems and Microsoft office platforms
• Analytical skills, with ability to use data and metrics to evaluate needs and recommend change
• Strong ability to multitask
• Excellent time management, written and verbal communications skills
• Strong project management skills
