Asteroid Health is seeking a Program Director/ MH Business Development for their mental health treatment program in Newton, MA for adults (18+).

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in the day to day operations and running a smooth mental health PHP and IOP program
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achieve revenue goals and increase patient volume.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and other key stakeholders in the community.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, as well as compiling and analyzing competitive data within assigned geographical regions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and create lasting relationships.
  • Submits timely CRM data, expense reports, annual strategic sales plans and quarterly strategic sales plan updates.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree preferred in either Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in substance use treatment or behavioral health; One year of experience in substance use treatment required.
