Job DescriptionJob Description

AGEISS is looking to place an Administrative Professional for the Hazardous Waste Program on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Tacoma, WA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide customer interface for the with Hazardous Waste (HW) Program.
  • Provide administrative support, data management, file management, and phone call management.
  • Gather information from JBLM 911 Dispatch and fill out the Spill Response Initial Incident Report.
  • Coordinate waste collection and shipments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Experience with customer service for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Knowledge of the EESOH-MIS Program preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word and Excel) is required.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a federal agency background investigation.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet strict government and regulatory reporting requirements.
