Training Objectives:

  • Meticulous Record-Keeping: Become a maestro of information by completing and recording all traffic/guest card details for prospects, sending thoughtful thank-you notes, and ensuring prompt and consistent follow-up.
  • Immersive Community Tours: Join forces with our Sales Counselor and Executive Director to conduct captivating tours of our community and model residences, showcasing the unparalleled lifestyle we offer.
  • Market Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining a keen awareness of local market conditions and trends, actively participating in market surveys, and providing valuable insights to shape our strategies.
  • Engage in Daily Stand-Up Meetings: Contribute your ideas and insights during our daily stand-up meetings, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • Resident-Focused Interaction: Interact with residents and their families, addressing concerns, and proactively resolving business office matters within the community.
  • Strategic Partnership with Sales Counselor: Work closely with the Sales Counselor to develop and review marketing plans, achieve sales goals, and stay informed about upcoming move-ins and move-outs.
  • Move-in Coordination: Communicate daily with Sales Counselor other key team members regarding the status of all prospective move-ins. Coordinate the move-in process for new residents in an efficient and welcoming manner.
