Inside Sales Specialist

Inside Sales Specialist (Care Advisor) Role Overview:
- Conduct a qualification screening providing amazing customer experience.
- Provide a general explanation of the Pension with Aid and Attendance Benefit.
- Identify who Veterans Care Coordination is and what we do.
- This is your opportunity to be the first GREAT impression of our organization.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Accept inbound/outbound calls.
- Transition accounts for further/ deeper screening.
- Assign disqualification reasons as appropriate.
- Communicate Sales content to all potential clients based on progression or disqualification status.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Call center experience preferred but not required.
- Proven success in a sales role.
- Must have proficiency in Google or Microsoft platforms, database and spreadsheet software.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Experience within the home care, home health or Medicaid industry preferred.
- The ability to work independently or with others to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision is essential.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
