Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for our growing and expanding solution-based construction management firm with the following superpower traits

Do you take pride in being accurate, thorough, and dutiful with attention to detail and quality? Accepting ownership and accountability for your work and pride yourself on the rewards of a high-quality job well done is paramount to this role.


Our broad base of federal customers has a lot going on in their lives and we need people like YOU who are always ready and waiting to help them get what they need by listening, acting and always treating everyone with dignity and respect on the job sites.

Our Superintendents always strive for purposeful excellence and are responsible for building our brand through quality customer interactions, ensuring a safe job site, developing relationships with contractors and client representatives, and taking ownership to be an adaptive explorer willing to venture into uncharted territory if necessary. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of success in construction site management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the Construction industry
  • Preferably someone with experience in the trades as a foreman or skill worker
  • CSL certification required
  • OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certified
  • Good planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingencies
  • In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations
  • Effective leadership abilities
