We are seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive or machinery parts and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred
- Proven experience working with parts inventory and ordering systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of automotive or machinery parts is a plus


Responsibilities:
- Manage parts inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
- Coordinate with suppliers to order necessary parts
- Receive incoming parts and verify accuracy
- Assist internal departments and external customers with part inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized parts storage area
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of parts transactions and inventory levels
- Any other duties as assigned to support the parts department and overall operations
