As a Renewable Energy Sales Trainee, you will learn the renewable energy industry inside and out, master the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, learn about effective marketing and distribution strategies, and call on prospects to educate them on our innovative products. It’s an opportunity to advance your career while simultaneously making a true impact on the lives of our customers. 

This is a full-time position that may lead to a sales management opportunity. 

Renewable Energy Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Generate, close, and follow up on sales and marketing leads
  • Conduct informative sales presentations tailored to the customer’s wants and needs
  • Establish genuine relationships and build rapport with prospective customers to increase retention
  • Manage and execute marketing efforts to increase awareness
  • Perform market research to compile information on potential opportunities, clients, and more
  • Track and report on sales and marketing efforts
  • Gather feedback from customers to deliver to senior management and brand partners
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
