At SWTHZ, we offer a sanctuary where clients can unplug, meditate, listen to music, or enjoy their favorite shows on our private flat screen tv’s, all while indulging in innovative contrast therapies. As we prepare for our exciting Fall 2024 opening, we are seeking a passionate and dynamic Studio Leader to join our team and help us revolutionize the wellness industry.

Position Overview:

This is not a JOB. This is a career, a lifestyle, a leadership role. As the Studio Leader at SWTHZ, you will be at the forefront of our mission to transform lives. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring an exceptional client experience and the seamless operation of our studio. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is enthusiastic about health and wellness, possesses strong managerial skills, and is ready to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of wellness professionals to deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial transactions to optimize studio performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and client retention.
• Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture that aligns with SWTHZ’s values.
• Coordinate and host marketing networking events, collaborations, and community outreach activities.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular reports to upper management.
• Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the health, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for health, wellness, and a commitment to providing a top-notch client experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Work Space and Excel
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Achieving & surpassing new member monthly goals
• Achieving revenue goals
• Successful secret shopper visit scores
• Listen 360 and team member culture scores
• SWTHZ member retention performance

*Achieving these metrics successfully for a calendar year will open growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales
• 1+ year in management
• Bachelors in a plus, but not required
• Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage
• A Growth Mindset and operates in a state of open mindedness
