Perform a variety of responsibilities, for example:

  • Manage the Billing process.
  • Coordinate with external Audit firm, and assist with the audit process.
  • Contribute to the month-end close, meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Assist in managing financial controls and accounting procedures.
  • Perform a multitude of day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations, GL entries, account analysis, etc.
  • Respond to accounting issues and questions.
  • Maintain accurate sets of data, including WIP.

Qualifications:

  • Experience performing accounting (such as the responsibilities listed above).
  • Confidently pursuing a career path of accounting/finance.
  • Technology savvy, including a command of Excel and ERP(s).
  • Ability to organize effectively. Swift to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated. Determined. Highly independent problem-solver.
  • Deductive reasoning skills.
  • Thrives amidst an exciting pace where teamwork is paramount.
