ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kersha Parker State Farm is searching for an organized and energetic individual who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Business Account Specialist, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with business owners to identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Able to stay organized and on top of tasks for business owners and their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to conduct meetings in the clients home or business.
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty Licensing
  • Able to obtain Life and Health Licensing
