The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and a commitment to providing top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Seating: Warmly welcome members and guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and guide them to their designated areas.
  • Reservation Management: Handle reservations and walk-ins efficiently, ensuring optimal seating arrangements and managing waitlists as needed.
  • Member Relations: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Communication: Communicate with the dining and service staff to ensure smooth coordination and timely updates on guest needs and seating arrangements.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain an organized front desk area and perform light administrative tasks as required.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues with discretion and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
