  • Ability to manage and oversee the production team in the absence of the Plant Manager and provide consistent support at all times.
  • Experience in large-scale printing or similar manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of keeping teams motivated and focused on achieving production targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary support to the Plant Manager, ensuring seamless production operations.
  • Quickly grasp the complete production cycle, from order processing to final shipping.
  • Directly manage production processes and staff, stepping in as the acting manager when the Plant Manager is unavailable.
  • Oversee the execution of orders, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards of accuracy.
  • Coordinate with various departments to optimize production efficiency and output quality.
  • Train and develop production team members, fostering a proactive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain product standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues that arise during the production process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a production environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology, particularly within the printing sector, is advantageous.
