Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for effectively implementing and executing RIS/PACS projects throughout the United States. The position is responsible for overseeing the structure, organization, and coordination in leading efforts to achieve the overall customer objective.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to learn and understand the product portfolio and required actions for successful implementations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project artifacts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project status updates, and address any issues or concerns that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
  • Ability to travel to support customer implementations.
  • Understands and performs job responsibilities in an ethical, compliant manner; complies with laws affecting the workplace and/or job responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Current role as a PM required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • PMP preferred and/or working toward a project management certification
  • Two years experience in healthcare related field a plus

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~50% of the time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.

Working Environment

Remote. This position requires domestic/international travel up to 50%.
