Eastoak Property Management is seeking a motivated Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in our growing company. You'll be responsible for the overall success of each assigned property, ensuring smooth operations, happy tenants, and maximized value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations at assigned properties, conducting regular site visits through travel throughout the region.
  • Resolve tenant concerns and maintain positive relationships, acting as the go-to resource for tenant issues.
  • Analyze budgets, ensuring policy compliance and managing property maintenance by arranging for repairs as needed.
  • Conduct market analyses and develop strategies to increase property value.
  • Network locally to support marketing goals and meet with potential tenants.
  • Manage the budget for maintenance and services, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field (preferred).
  • Several years of property management experience (required).
  • Budget management and vendor management experience (a plus).
  • Experience with Yardi and similar property management software (a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills (essential).
