Summary:
An Experienced Vendor Scheduler ensures the timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and intercompany products for production. This role considers supplier lead times and adheres to stock management policies to maintain production schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Timely placement of purchase orders for raw materials, packaging materials, intercompany products, and products for resale (PFR) based on system settings.
- Obtain delivery commitments from suppliers for all placed purchase orders.
- Record and update process and master data in SAP accurately and promptly to ensure visibility for planners, purchasing, and production teams.
- Identify potential future supply constraints and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions, minimizing production interruptions.
- Optimize stock levels by following system proposals and suggesting improvements, including managing slow-moving and obsolete stock.
- Raise and address supplier complaints, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain and review Vendor OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance monthly, escalating issues to the relevant Procurement Manager and Supply Chain if necessary.
- Participate in supplier review meetings as required.
- Comply with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) norms at the plant.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement projects and activities to optimize vendor scheduling.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing environments.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- SAP knowledge and experience are strongly desired.
- A continuous improvement mentality.

**Education and/or Experience:**
- 3-5 years of job-related experience required.

**Mathematical Skills:**
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Computer Skills:**
- Proficiency with MRP or ERP software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
