We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize all maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the reliability of our equipment, minimizing downtime, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and execute equipment repair and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Manage maintenance inventory and spare parts to ensure timely and cost-effective replacement of equipment and components.
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage facility-related projects, such as construction or renovations, to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for required services to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
- Work closely with Operations leadership to ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA, and industry standards.
- Support QMi strategic projects as necessary to drive business growth and improvement.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and facilities management.
- Supervisory experience with a proven ability to manage and lead maintenance technicians.
- Experience driving preventative maintenance and break-fix activities in a metal fabrication and assembly environment.
- Experience with PLC and equipment control systems is preferred.
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Lean Manufacturing, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
