They will be responsible for seeking out and growing business opportunities across various geographic localities while providing an initial contact point for potential client admits that can then be transmitted to the admissions and clinical teams. QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Must be 21 years or older to apply for this position.

  2. Possess valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and the ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but is not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.

  3. 1+ years experience working in marketing, sales, and/or clinical outreach in the healthcare field.

  4. Preferred education: Associate’s Degree in Marketing or similar field.

  5. 1+ years experience with CRM software (Salesforce).

  6. Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer/keyboard, use electronic systems, communicate with others through written and verbal formats, ability to sit for long periods of time, listening, reading comprehension, lifting up to 5 lbs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Knowledge of data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

  2. Ability to operate standard office machines and equipment, including telephones, computers, copy machines, fax machines, calculators, scanners, and shredders.

  3. Ability to be professional and maintain a positive attitude and relationships with coworkers.

  4. Excel at both written and verbal communications to convey essential information; must be able to utilize the proper linguistic syntax and spelling.

  5. Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology as it relates to the delivery of clinical care to the clients within our programs.

  6. Knowledge of the clinical, medical, and miscellaneous services provided to the clients.

  7. Ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and G Suite products.

  8. Ability to communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Clinical Outreach Representative will be responsible for all the following, and additional duties may be removed or assigned as needed. These include but are limited to:

  • Establishing relationships with individuals or organizations within the healthcare or behavioral/mental healthcare industry.

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.

  • Assist in Developing and Executing all marketing strategies and materials.

  • Experience in identifying market opportunities while developing, planning, implementing and following through with action plans to grow admissions and the overall brand of AMFM Healthcare.

  • Flexibility in their ability to adapt the territory plan to fit the needs of the geographic market and overall landscape of the behavioral and mental healthcare industry.

  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.

  • Field inbound admissions calls from potential clients and other programs.

  • Engage other providers in the healthcare community to develop strategic relationships.

  • Update and manage CRM (Salesforce) and track all expenses.

  • Track and calendar all tasks and events, including representation of AMFM Healthcare at local, regional and national events (conferences, trade shows, lunches, dinners and other events) as needed.
