Benefits for the Landscape Site Lead position include:

  • Weekly pay - $22.00 - $26.00/hour dependent on your experience and skills.

Responsibilities for the Landscape Site Lead position include:

  • Perform all landscape duties as directed by the customer.
  • Safe execution of landscaping and property maintenance.
  • Mowing, edging, trimming, seeding, and fertilizing the lawn and/or turf.
  • Maintenance of gravel lots, parking lots, and flower beds (planting, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, pulling weeds, applying weed killer).
  • Constant attention to details, cleanliness of the grounds, and high-quality landscapes. Removing/emptying designated exterior trash bins daily.
  • Digging of trenches and installation of drain tiles.
  • Performance and coordination of snow removal operations.
  • Performing preventative maintenance on landscaping equipment, reporting broken or faulty equipment to the site lead.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Landscape Site Lead position include:

  • Possess excellent customer service skills and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team as well as flexible hours if needed.
  • 2+ years related experience; some supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-hire requirements including background check and drug screen.
  • Valid Driver's license in good standing.
