Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations (CEO/COO) to lead our team and drive the strategic growth of our skyscraper insurance division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in executive leadership roles within the insurance industry, with a focus on operations, business development, and client relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the skyscraper insurance division.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including underwriting, claims processing, risk assessment, and policy administration.

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, reinsurance partners, and regulatory authorities.

  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on property and casualty lines.

  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including integrity, resilience, and a passion for excellence.
